It's easy. Once a month, on certain days, I, like many women, often feel weak, connected with a loss of hemoglobin. I suggest a restorative breakfast. Breakfast, because I consider it to be the basis of the day (what you put in the basis, you will spend your day that way). Buckwheat and apples are known to be rich in iron. And dark green leaves of all kinds of salads and herbs have twice as much iron as buckwheat. By the way, not so long ago it became known that chlorophyll molecule is almost identical to hemoglobin molecule of human blood. And now this fact is widely used throughout the world: there are food additives with dried herbs powder, but fresh, live is certainly more useful! Cocoa is second only to yeast for iron. I use green buckwheat not only because we don't have any other kind :), but because I've been a raw foodarian for a few months and I liked it (as well as green smoothies). And now that I've switched back to a traditional diet, I've kept the best elements "live" diet. I think that this menu is quite suitable for expecting babies, as well as children and teenagers with a lack of hemoglobin in the blood.
