That's what my grandma used to call it.. My grandmother used to season it before the winter holidays and use it for home-made sausages, salty sausages, blood sausages, salted lard.. It is a universal seasoning for any meat dishes, even the usual cutlets get incredible flavor and aroma with it!!! And now my parents still make this spice before the winter holidays in the same way.. It smells dizzying!!! We can't imagine meat dishes on weekdays and holidays without this "secret" ingredient...
We also put it in little jars and give it as a Christmas and New Year gifts to friends and acquaintances!!! Everyone just loves it! I share it with you, my dear ones...
