In the original recipe by I. Fomina's original recipe for this dessert is called "American Lemon Strips" - "Lemon bars". Bake in the form of a rectangle, which is then cut into not wide strips. I baked it as a round cake. This does not make a less delicious dessert. This light, crumbly dessert really melts in your mouth and makes a wonderful addition to your holiday baking. I've made mousse only three times in my life: once by my mother and it was fruit with semolina, the second time by a friend, with a cranberry flavor Cheetec and the third time I ate a spoonful of the store-bought, also cranberry-flavored. I will not hide it, after the above mentioned tastings my love for mousse disappeared for a long time. But at leisure, flipping through one of French cookbooks, I stumbled upon a recipe for chocolate mousse and not to make it would be simply tantamount to sin! The 300th anniversary recipe was special... I don't know how long that bottle of egg liqueur has been at home, or where it came from?.. but it's the tastiest cupcakes I've ever tasted! And it's so easy to make, you just mix it all up and pour it into a mold :)
