Pork schnitzel

Cooked Pork Schnitzel

Time to cook: 50 minutes

I would call it a Viennese schnitzel, but a real Austrian schnitzel is made with veal. So, this dish is more of an improvisation on the Austrian schnitzel theme. Although in Germany in one of the restaurants the menu had "Pork Schnitzel Wieners" on it, that's what we were served. Apparently, not only in home cooking, but also in restaurant cooking, there are some notable deviations from the canon.

Dear cooks, I'd love to share with you a wonderful dish that takes literally half an hour to make. The chops do not require any pre-treatment or pre-marinating. It's a real go-getter! All the zest is in the incredibly tasty spicy sauce with soft and velvety consistency, imbued with the flavor of fresh vegetables. Suitable for weekdays and for a holiday table. I highly recommend. I'm sure you'll like it just as much as I do. Help yourself!

Napoleon cottage cheese cake with cream-cheese cream

Cooked Cheese Napoleon Cake with Buttercream

I suggest everyone try the curd napoleon. Even those who don't like cottage cheese will still appreciate this cake. Apart from flour, the cake contains milled rice, which makes the crusts more tender and crispy. It tastes like neither curd nor rice. The creamy, creamy custard-based custard complements this cake perfectly. Besides, everyone can afford a piece of this cake, even those who watch their figure and follow a diet.

Breakfast Let's give hemoglobin!

Cooked breakfast give hemoglobin!

Time to cook: 30 minutes

Total Servings: 2

It's easy. Once a month, on certain days, I, like many women, often feel weak, connected with a loss of hemoglobin. I suggest a restorative breakfast. Breakfast, because I consider it to be the basis of the day (what you put in the basis, you will spend your day that way). Buckwheat and apples are known to be rich in iron. And dark green leaves of all kinds of salads and herbs have twice as much iron as buckwheat. By the way, not so long ago it became known that chlorophyll molecule is almost identical to hemoglobin molecule of human blood. And now this fact is widely used throughout the world: there are food additives with dried herbs powder, but fresh, live is certainly more useful! Cocoa is second only to yeast for iron. I use green buckwheat not only because we don't have any other kind :), but because I've been a raw foodarian for a few months and I liked it (as well as green smoothies). And now that I've switched back to a traditional diet, I've kept the best elements "live" diet. I think that this menu is quite suitable for expecting babies, as well as children and teenagers with a lack of hemoglobin in the blood.

Oatmeal cookies with almonds and jam

Cooked oatmeal cookies with almonds and jam

Time to cook: 120 minutes

Total Servings: 40

Crumbly, tender and very tasty shortbread cookies with spices, almonds and jam. Recipe of my own hand-written. The dough is dense but not elastic and easy to roll out. It holds its shape well so that you can cut out of it any shape cookies of any complexity. The dough is moderately sweet, the main sweetness gives the cookies the jam. It requires a lot of attention and skill in preparation but trust me, it is worth it! (Calories are 431 kcal per 100 grams.)

Harry Baker's Chiffon Bisquick

Cooked Chiffon Biscuit by Harry Baker

Time to cook: 45 minutes

Total Servings: 8

By popular demand I present you the recipe for the Classic Chiffon Biscuit. I apologize in advance for the quality of the photos. A little history: In 1927, Harry Baker, a Hollywood insurance salesman, invented the recipe for chiffon cupcakes (so named for their unusual tenderness and airiness). Twenty years later, in 1947, he sold his patent to "General Mills" and the chiffon cupcakes began to be produced on an industrial scale. Since these cupcakes contain liquid vegetable oil rather than solid fat, it is impossible to beat a lot of air into such an oil. Therefore, in such cakes (cupcakes) almost twice as many whites are put in relation to the yolks, which are thoroughly whipped, absorbing a lot of air (incidentally, the option of disposing of excess proteins). This air and the moisture evaporating from the dough is what lifts the cake. However, because of the decent amount of oil, we have to add baking powder - leavening agent (not baking soda! - not baking soda (not soda as there is no acid in the dough).
