.. I got carried away with the baby and didn't notice that the fridge was out of meat, fish, chicken and other such foods.. except for the BOTTOMS which have been lying around in the freezer for a long time without any use.. So I made this little casserole: potatoes, sausage, zucchini, cheese, and a little more stuff..
