Dear cooks, I'd love to share with you a wonderful dish that takes literally half an hour to make. The chops do not require any pre-treatment or pre-marinating. It's a real go-getter! All the zest is in the incredibly tasty spicy sauce with soft and velvety consistency, imbued with the flavor of fresh vegetables. Suitable for weekdays and for a holiday table. I highly recommend.
