Time to cook: 30 minutes
We were going to visit my daughter Katusha for her birthday, but suddenly it turned out that it was the other way around - they were coming to visit us (I made some hodgepodge on this day, and they are big fans of it)!). It turned out rather late. I had to come up with something for tea. I had a dried up sponge-cake from my shop for a week, and I made a cake a week ago. I used only two of them, and the third was left over. And, luckily, in the fridge were two packages of cottage cheese at 150 grams. One was Buko, and the other was the new Viola cheese. Just now on sale - Viola cottage cheese. Already good! There is gelatin. Well, sugar and flour and butter go without saying. The only thing missing was cream. The next day I got up early and ran to the convenience store for cream. I got home very quickly, literally in 30 minutes, I made the cake. Well, plus time for curing and decorating. I'm sorry, that some steps aren't photographed - I was in a hurry and forgot. But, in general, the process is clear. Absolutely nothing complicated.
