My husband and I love cottage cheese. I made a vow not to bake it (I'm getting better), but... There was some cottage cheese and sour cream left in the refrigerator, so I couldn't help myself! I whipped it up, mixed it up, and it turned out a very tasty cottage cheese pie, with a delicate texture, moderately sweet, well-baked, with a strawberry sourness... I'll always make this from now on! They ate half of it right away!
