Found it in the book "Encore Recipes", recipe for brine cookies. The brine after the pickles was. I changed the recipe a bit by adding toast to the dough. The cookies turned out unusual. A little dry. But since I'm not a fan of sweets, they are sweet to me personally, but my husband didn't notice the extra sweetness (he's a sweet tooth)!). The dough was very elastic, it was easy to roll out and cut with an improvised mold.
