I saw these a month ago on "Povarenka" a variation of the Christmas tree gingerbread. Mine are somewhat similar, but still different. I use a mixture of rye and wheat flour and add a little soy sauce. It makes the flavor of the gingerbread more pronounced. It's a tradition in our family to put sweets on the tree, but by the Old New Year's Eve all the candy from the tree was eaten, so I refilled it with new sweet ornaments. The recipe was taken from the recipe book for the oven. I usually "handmade" Recipes adapt for the oven, but here it was the opposite and turned out well, very delicious! Although you can bake such gingerbread cookies not only for the Christmas tree, but just for tea or coffee! Help yourself!
