This cake was selected by voting in several stages out of 5 recipes, which the Moscow confectioners specifically designed as a signature cake to be "gastronomic symbol of the capital". I decided to take half of the ingredients from this recipe and replaced the gel for covering the cake with a mirror glaze with invert syrup. The taste of the cake is very sweet and very high in calories, it reminds me a little of Kiev and Esterhazy). Variety of condensed milk is not strongly expressed in the cream (maybe because of the brandy).
