Easy Honeysuckle Soufflé

Cooked Honeysuckle Light Soufflé

Time to cook: 45 minutes

Total Servings: 8

I recently became the happy owner of the book by A. Seleznev's book "Low calorie desserts". These recipes are especially relevant now, in the summer! Here is the first recipe I made from this book. Light as a cloud, airy, delicate soufflé. It's true that in the original recipe it was blueberry, but in the season of fresh ripe honeysuckle I decided to show this recipe with it. 100 grams of dessert contains only 121 kcal! If you are interested, come in!

Chocolate mousse with liqueur and white chocolate

Cooked chocolate mousse with liqueur and white chocolate

Time to cook: 20 minutes

Total Servings: 4

I've made mousse only three times in my life: once by my mother and it was fruit with semolina, the second time by a friend, with a cranberry flavor Cheetec and the third time I ate a spoonful of the store-bought, also cranberry-flavored. I will not hide it, after the above mentioned tastings my love for mousse disappeared for a long time. But at leisure, flipping through one of French cookbooks, I stumbled upon a recipe for chocolate mousse and not to make it would be simply tantamount to sin! Surprisingly, the mousse came out very tasty, airy, with a subtle odor of alcohol. Bon appetit, AA.

Cherry Mousse

Cooked Cherry Mousse

There are many cherry mousse pie recipes on this site. We like these pies a lot too. But my granddaughters like the mousse even more on its own, as a separate, stand-alone dessert. I've made mousse out of everything: cranberries, blueberries, apricots, apples... but cherries for the first time. It turned out incredibly delicious: very, very cherry-like, rich and fragrant! Amazing berry - cherry!

This is a recipe for the coffee lover! It's ready in a flash, and the ingredients are very simple, basically coffee and water. The result is magic. You can use it as a dessert (for coffee addicts) or just as a spectacular foam in drinks. I would put it in the dessert section

Snowdrifts Dessert

Cooked dessert drizzles

Time to cook: 35 minutes

Total Servings: 3

"Hrup, hrup, hrup, hrup" -- This is how the snow crunches under our feet. We are walking on a narrow path in the woods, there are snowdrifts all around, and the Christmas trees are maidens playing dances in them... But then, wandering through the trees, the path led us to the edge of the forest. And there, brightly glowing windows, stands a little house. In it lives a rabbit... Yes, yes, that's the one from the fairy tale "The fox and the hare". But it's a long way to spring and the hare can greet 2011!

Cranberry mousse with cinnamon Frosting on cranberries

Cooked cranberry mousse with cinnamon frosting

Eureka, friends! Found! ) How long have I been looking for a combination of products or a way to make this healthy vitamin berry mmm... more palatable. The excessive bitterness of cranberry is successfully dealt with by frosting, sweetening the berries makes the bitterness acceptable, but what to do with the smell and medicinal aftertaste of cranberry?! And here... There's! Children and adults devour this vitamin mousse with pleasure! I am glad to share the results of my culinary experiments, dear Cooks! (author's recipe)
