Winter Cherry Brownies

Cooked Cherry Winter Cakes

Time to cook: 180 minutes

Total Servings: 12

Here is a recipe for amazing cakes. The cakes are easy to make, in my opinion, but the process takes a long time. I like to tinker with these recipes sometimes, anticipating the end result. I made these cakes using Catherine's recipe, thank you so much for that. I did everything according to Katya's recipe. I carefully weighed everything to the gram on the scales and used a thermometer. The only substitution I made was cognac instead of cherry liqueur. I also needed velour to cover the cakes, which I didn't have. But that didn't make the cakes any worse. I'm very happy with the result, the pastries are delicious without being cheesy. So, I can safely recommend making them and making loved ones happy, especially if you need to dispose of leftover frozen cherries. Everyone will love them, especially sweet and sour dessert lovers. Help yourselves and be healthy. P.S.: I have approximately and accurately reported the time it took to make the cakes, not including frosting.
