After visiting India six months ago, I was fascinated by the abundance of combinations of flavors in Indian cuisine, especially since I'm partial to spices and sweets.
Indians are clever people! They make simple products into tasty and healthy desserts, without adding any chemicals or anything unnecessary.
I was especially surprised by this dessert, the main ingredient of which we all remember from our childhood, when we were in school or in hospitals. - Semolina!
But now semolina is a universal cereal for making a wonderful pudding with nuts and raisins. Let's try it!
