Limoncello Italian Liqueur

Cooked Italian limoncello liqueur

As it turns out, there are a lot of recipes for this delicious liqueur on the site. I want to offer you mine. Many people already know that I live in Greece, so my friends gave us 10 liters of Greek crayfish or tsikudia (which is the local moonshine made from the remains of grape cake left after making wine). When I asked what we're going to make with it, they all told me in one voice - limoncello. I make limoncello from vodka, and sometimes from alcohol, but never from moonshine. You know, it's so good, the liquor is soft and tasty, I would classify it as a purely feminine drink. Try it, it's very tasty. You won't find any raki in Russia, but you will certainly find some moonshine or plain vodka of good quality :)

Time to cook: 1200 minutes

Total Servings: 10

This recipe is from a wonderful book by Alesya Ivanova "Ukrainian home cooking". Since I can't say it better, here's a quote: "If you think that Varenukha is only Bulgakov's dishonest administrator of a variety show, you are deeply mistaken. Varenukha is a kindred sister of Byelorussian krambambula and Russian sbiten, and also a third cousin of Indian punch and English grog." Girls, you get a stunning, fragrant and tasty alcoholic beverage. I'm guessing about 30 degrees. Since I don't have a spirit meter at home, I can't be more precise. Hot in a thermos outside in the winter, it's easy to drink, like a song.

Liqueur à la Baileys Mint

Cooked Liqueur à la Baileys Mint

Time to cook: 20 minutes

Total Servings: 20

A-la-because it's homemade, but the liquor is very tasty. Basically, a real Irish Baileys is a combination of cream, whiskey and alcohol. But at home an analogue of this rather expensive liqueur can be made from vodka, milk and condensed milk, the taste is very similar. The ingredients may vary depending on what kind of homemade Baileys recipe you prefer. After all, in addition to the traditional Baileys Original, there are also variations with chocolate, coffee, mint and caramel flavors. So choose your own...

Strong, sparkling sangria

Cooked Strong Sparkling Sangria

Sangria originated in the 19th century in southern Spain and Portugal. Fruit pickers carried around a case of red wine diluted with sparkling water. They squeezed the juice of fresh citrus fruits into the same wineskin. This mixture made it easier to work in the sun and was refreshing without being too intoxicating. My sangria is a degree and very tasty! The website has recipes with wine or champagne, but I have something new. You won't find a recipe like this!
