Many people already know that I live in Greece, so my friends gave us 10 liters of Greek crayfish or tsikudia (which is the local moonshine made from the remains of grape cake left after making wine). When I asked what we're going to make with it, they all told me in one voice - limoncello. I make limoncello from vodka, and sometimes from alcohol, but never from moonshine. You won't find any raki in Russia, but you will certainly find some moonshine or plain vodka of good quality :)

Since I can't say it better, here's a quote: "If you think that Varenukha is only Bulgakov's dishonest administrator of a variety show, you are deeply mistaken. Girls, you get a stunning, fragrant and tasty alcoholic beverage. I'm guessing about 30 degrees. Since I don't have a spirit meter at home, I can't be more precise. Hot in a thermos outside in the winter, it's easy to drink, like a song.

I actually prefer non-strength drinks. But all sorts of tinctures and liqueurs are my kind of thing. So when I saw this recipe, I could not resist and made it. It's really good! Do not consider it an anti-publicity, but, compared to this cranberry, "Nemiroff" rests.

Sangria originated in the 19th century in southern Spain and Portugal. Fruit pickers carried around a case of red wine diluted with sparkling water. They squeezed the juice of fresh citrus fruits into the same wineskin. This mixture made it easier to work in the sun and was refreshing without being too intoxicating. My sangria is a degree and very tasty! The website has recipes with wine or champagne, but I have something new. You won't find a recipe like this!
