As it turns out, there are a lot of recipes for this delicious liqueur on the site.
I want to offer you mine. Many people already know that I live in Greece, so my friends gave us 10 liters of Greek crayfish or tsikudia (which is the local moonshine made from the remains of grape cake left after making wine). When I asked what we're going to make with it, they all told me in one voice - limoncello. I make limoncello from vodka, and sometimes from alcohol, but never from moonshine. You know, it's so good, the liquor is soft and tasty, I would classify it as a purely feminine drink. Try it, it's very tasty. You won't find any raki in Russia, but you will certainly find some moonshine or plain vodka of good quality :)
