The recipe is inspired by the smell of freshly ground coffee.
Lots of recipes for making coffee, and this one - soft, fragrant - will be loved by everyone who loves coffee, chocolate - and can't live without them, in a word: 2 in 1!
Good coffee beans, preferably Arabica, freshly ground. Spoonful of coffee per cup and 200 ml of boiling water...
Chocolate - blackest - preferably with no additives. I had a blacker-black one: 81%, but there are even blacker ones!!!
White chocolate - no additives, I just used couverture.
The amount of chocolate per serving - just enough to fit in a teaspoon when crushed (but you don't have to crush it)... )
If you want you can add milk/cream, sugar, vanilla, liqueur, cognac... But I didn't add anything... Taste the coffee first and then decide what to add to it - and whether to add it at all?
