A very nice man, a hunter, treated us to fresh venison. Without thinking too much I decided to cook it in the oven with vegetables. As a matter of fact, any kind of meat will do: beef, mutton, turkey. Nothing new, of course, I just want to share a tasty dish... ))) It all works out "naturale", in its own juice, tasty and healthy.
