A Comparative Analysis of Current Cooking Methods for Lumpy Sauce.
I enjoy watching a lot of cooking channels and reading cooking communities. They stir my imagination and call me to feats.
Once I came across a video, in which the author prepares a fish and potato casserole. You know, the simplest casserole you can imagine: a layer of fish, a layer of onions, mashed potatoes, cheese crust... Suddenly I thought: what if we slightly deviate from the usual scheme?
For example, instead of mashed potatoes I could gratinate potatoes with béchamel sauce.
Sauces are a particular passion of mine. You'll agree that even warmed up yesterday's cutlet with freshly made sauce will be much more fun to eat than without it. I invite you to join me on my journey from the glorious ranks of the saucophile philosophers to the even more glorious ranks of the gravy makers.
