  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Broth - 100 ml
  • Sour cream - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 0.5 clove

How to cook chopped turkey meatballs step by step with photos

Chop 1 turkey shank finely, about the size of an Olivier salad. Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of finely grated young zucchini, salt, flour. Grease a frying pan with sunflower oil, coat the cutlets in flour and separate them with zucchini slices.

Pour the contents of the skillet with chicken broth, in the sauce stir in country sour cream, which is not much different from the store butter:))) I ventured one tablespoon. There I also added the rest of the marinade for the kebab, something light and garlicky. I put it in the oven for 50 minutes, 220 degrees.
