Yay, today is my day off, so we decided with the boy "to indulge " ♪ with an omelet ♪. Cracked some eggs into a bowl and... and we found out our milk man was late with milk today. He might bring it soon, but we need it now.. And then I remembered a recipe that I read a long time ago in one of the first issues of the magazine "I love making it" and I've made it more than once. The omelet comes out with this recipe very fluffy and delicious. There's no milk or any other dairy products in it. My little boy swallowed every bite off his plate. And he said that my mom was great.) And if you only knew how much of a "eater" I have, you'd understand. So on such a joyful note, I want to share with you a simple, but wonderful recipe!
