I'm still getting to know the wonderful Zepter dishes. This time I chose the stuffed lumakoni recipe. Lumaconi and conchiglioni are large shells, snails for stuffing. They are usually boiled before being stuffed. This is not necessary when cooking in a Zepter dish. к. The pasta will be cooked with the filling thanks to the closed steam cycle. Cheese and cream sauce with provincial herbs comes through the layers of stuffed lumaconi. You get a juicy, tender and flavorful dish.
Normally it is baked in the oven at a high temperature, and with added oil. In a Zepter dish, the stuffed lumakoni is cooked at 90 degrees, keeping its nutrients as good as possible, without adding oil.
