Ingredients for the cabbage casserole with chicken fillet:


  • Chicken fillet - 250 g
  • Peking cabbage (not a large fork of Chinese cabbage) - 1 fork
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 5 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs - 1 pc
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoon
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Water - 2 tablespoon

How to cook cabbage casserole with chicken fillet step by step with photos


Fillet of chicken (250g.) cut into julienne strips

Add vegetable oil (2 tbsp. tablespoons). Fry chicken fillet on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Then add soy sauce (3 tbsp. Spoon), mustard (1 Tbsp. Tbsp mustard, add black pepper to taste. Return the pan to a low heat and simmer until soft

Chicken fillet is ready

Slice and shred the Peking cabbage

Fill a pan with vegetable oil (3 Tbsp. Spoon in vegetable oil, add the Peking cabbage, season with salt to taste. Fry cabbage on medium heat until lightly golden brown

Place a layer of roasted Peking cabbage on the bottom of a baking dish

Then lay the chicken fillet

Then lay another layer of Peking cabbage

Add an egg (1 egg) to the bowl, add 2 tbsp. Tbsp. sour cream, ground black pepper, add 2 Tbsp. Tbsp boiled water. Whisk the mixture with a fork

Pour sour cream-egg mixture on top of the casserole. Grate cheese on a grater and sprinkle the cheese mixture over the casserole. Prepare casserole dish in preheated oven at 180°C.

Bake until nicely crusted and browned. Dish up the ready casserole and cut it into portions
