A delicious beef and pork dish filled with vegetables! Very simple to prepare and incredibly nutritious! This dish is originally from Uzbekistan, where it is traditionally made with lamb. But I've changed it for our realities, and the experiment was a success! The whole cauldron was devoured with great pleasure in one evening by a company of 8 people! Be sure to try the broth that remains after cooking! You will not regret it! Again, this dish is very good! And suitable even for vegetarians! Just don't touch the meat! ;) I would be grateful for positive feedback and especially for questions about the dish!
