Summer is far away and so is fishing. And I love to go fishing!.. Well, I love all kinds of fish, like a true Cossack. So, while I don't have mine, we go to the market for fresh fish. Or rather, my husband stomped. We split the duties in half..."And the old man caught a fish"... I mean, he bought a carp, and not just a carp, but with milk (and thought that with caviar :)) I fried the fish, but I wanted to cook with the milk, as far as home cooking is concerned "casserole", as my husband says. That's when you cook baked potatoes in a fire in the countryside, and then make a tasty stir-fry of them, the milk, and whatever you've left at home on a smoky griddle. Intrigue... :) Come with me, we will cook this joy at home, in the kitchen.
P.S. If you don't like milk, you can replace it with fresh fish roe or fillet.
