In-laws from the countryside came and brought pork. In a day friends from Kazakhstan have arrived - have brought horse meat (they know, that we love it). So I decided to make them out of horse meat instead of the tiresome urban chicken zrazs. There is an opinion that horse meat is pretty tough. In fact, everything depends on how this meat is cooked. I just boil a whole piece of meat with fat for 3 hours with seasonings - everything boiled out fine. We can not use fried meat, so I made steamed meat ravioli, but not really a diet variant, because the pork also had to be prepared somehow.
