This recipe was brought back from a trip by my sister-in-law's parents. I don't know how much it relates to Mexican food and I don't know who gave it to them, whether it was Mexicans or Russian speakers living there, but we were very pleased with the result of the dish and it has stuck with our family. The meatballs can be served as a separate dish, since they contain vegetables, rice and even gravy. My kids don't really like vegetables, but you can't see them here and they eat everything, even the vegetable gravy. Once I try them, I make them all the time. After all, sometimes half a kilogram of stuffing is not always enough for cutlets for a large family. So, please, come to my kitchen.
