Aromatic roast veal with cranberries in vegetable and fruit pots. For this recipe I made meat pots of vegetables and fruit, but the fruit was the most delicious! I liked this combination very much: the fruit soaks up the juice from the meat and the meat soaks up the fruit-almond-spicy-cranberry sauce. The pastry lids are also a great addition to the dish, as the pots get soft and the pastry gets crispy!
