This is a reworked recipe for "for Chinese fried dumplings". I really liked the filling and turned it into patties. I've never had anything like that. Maybe I've had the wrong place and the wrong thing, but the combination of ginger, green onions, garlic, dill and sunflower oil gives such an incredible taste and smell that I decided to publish it as a separate recipe. The reason for using Chinese cabbage is that it is quickly cooked, lacks a specific flavor, and is able to disappear while cooking.
