Pickled, fried, baked, in salads... And what delicious potatoes fried with them! Well, I digress, because today I have sweet eggplants on the menu! Not a dessert at all, it's a delightful appetizer, goes great with cheese, pickles, crusty bread, coffee or wine... Breaking stereotypes?
