Plum Lemon Jam and Plum Dessert

Cooked plum-lemon confit and plum dessert

Time to cook: 55 minutes

Total Servings: 4

Plum and lemon... When I saw this combination in one of the recipes, I was wondering why I should add lemon to an already sour plum? It turned out, I doubted in vain. Lemon shades and complements the plum, makes the familiar taste play with new colors. This confit is the perfect accompaniment to a morning butter or cheese sandwich, to porridge, cottage cheese, and just like that. I'm ready to eat it by the spoonful. In addition, I offer an easy and quick dessert from such confit, which is very convenient to have in the freezer for an unexpected visit of a beloved friend.

Banana muffin with maple syrup

Cooked banana marshmallow with maple syrup

Very simple, very tasty. Multibanana, tender, wonderful with a cup of hot tea or coffee. I'm making this recipe for a multicooker, but it's okay to bake it on the stove, too. It's all about the cream... It's what we put on top of the cream...

Blueberry oatmeal yogurt pie

Cooked Blueberry Oatmeal Yogurt Cake

Time to cook: 90 minutes

Total Servings: 6

This is my very first time making a pie in a multicooker, my first experience. I was won over by the recipe's simplicity and the accessible, wholesome ingredients, especially since I now have my own homemade yogurt, thanks to the Yogurt program in my multicooker and a set of cups with lids. I do not know how good it turned out or how it should be, but the pastry was not dry and crumbly, but a little moist, probably because of the juiciness of the berries (the original recipe had apples and dried apricots), the lack of flour, it tasted more like a sweet berry casserole. In general, whether to try or not you decide, but I would certainly like to know different reviews)

Purkelt with Hearts in the Multicooker

Cooked Purkelt Hearts in a Multicooker

Time to cook: 85 minutes

Total Servings: 4

Dear cooks, I suggest you to try an excellent Hungarian gravy Purkölt - something similar to goulash, but with lots of vegetables. As a rule, this gravy is cooked on meat, poultry, sometimes on by-products - a delicious, bright, cozy dish. I make it with hearts. If you like goulash and chicken and turkey hearts, you're in the right place.
