Cake in a multicooker recipes

Banana muffin with maple syrup

Cooked banana marshmallow with maple syrup

Very simple, very tasty. Multibanana, tender, wonderful with a cup of hot tea or coffee. I'm making this recipe for a multicooker, but it's okay to bake it on the stove, too. It's all about the cream... It's what we put on top of the cream...

Blueberry oatmeal yogurt pie

Cooked Blueberry Oatmeal Yogurt Cake

Time to cook: 90 minutes

Total Servings: 6

This is my very first time making a pie in a multicooker, my first experience. I was won over by the recipe's simplicity and the accessible, wholesome ingredients, especially since I now have my own homemade yogurt, thanks to the Yogurt program in my multicooker and a set of cups with lids. I do not know how good it turned out or how it should be, but the pastry was not dry and crumbly, but a little moist, probably because of the juiciness of the berries (the original recipe had apples and dried apricots), the lack of flour, it tasted more like a sweet berry casserole. In general, whether to try or not you decide, but I would certainly like to know different reviews)

Very Chocolate Crazy Cake

Cooked very chocolate crazy cake

This pie is made without butter, eggs or milk. It turns out quite tasty, puffy, spongy and chocolatey. The main thing is not to skimp on the cocoa!!! It's easy to cut, rises well and doesn't crumble much.

Poppy Dove Pie

Cooked Poppy Cake Dream

There are a lot of poppyseed pies on this site, I've posted one of my favorite recipes before. Revisiting my old cooking records, another recipe came to mind. The ingredients are the easiest. The pie is tall, puffy, moderately moist, and fragrant. Poppy and pecans go great together! Welcome to the tea party! This is also my 300th recipe on this site!

Lemon mancake in a multicooker

Cooked Lemon Muffin in the Multicooker

I'd like to offer you my favorite lemon mancake, in which I combined two recipes: the recipe for the mancake itself I wrote a year ago from some cookbook, and the recipe for the filling (or layer) from a cookbook "Holiday table" (by L. Lemkul, 1971 edition. edition). Both recipes must have lemons. In the original recipes: lemon juice and zest are added to the dough, and a couple of lemons are twisted through a mincer for the filling. Today I decided to replace the lemons with lemon jam "Maheev's". The result is great! In addition, the use of jam eliminates the need to squeeze the juice, grate the zest, and turn the meat grinder! Saves me a lot of time and energy.)
