Cherry Sponge Cake in a Multicooker

Cooked Biscuit with Cherries in the Multicooker

Time to cook: 90 minutes

Total Servings: 8

How many times have I baked a cherry biscuit in my multicooker, it never really felt like a biscuit. I bought a new multicooker and tried a recipe for quiche, replacing the apples with cherries (I just didn't have any apples). The biscuits turned out real. The batter didn't stick, but the cherries sank to the bottom. So I suggest baking it as in the original recipe with apples, or as I did with cherries. The taste of the sponge cake was excellent and even though the cherry sank to the bottom, the cherry gave an original tartness to the sponge cake.
