How to cook lamb pilaf in multicooker step by step with photos

Slice and dice carrots, diced onions

I bought rice at the Uzbek market. Special red rice for pilaf

It would need to be thoroughly washed and would look like this

Cut the lamb into 3x3 cm pieces. Pour cottonseed oil into the bowl of a VITEK VT-4203 SR multicooker and turn on the program "low volume" Fry until crispy

Add onion and carrots, season with salt and spices for pilaf

Continue to stir-fry on low setting "Low heat"

Place washed rice on top of meat and vegetables

Gently pour water, salt, garlic cloves, DO NOT STIRRUPT!!!

This is what the pilaf spices I buy at the market look like. I know it has paprika, hot peppers, barberry, and a lot more.

Turn on the power in the multicooker "Stew"

And an hour later, I see this beauty
