
Maybe for some people this combination of products is quite common. But for me, until today, this combination was very strange. That's why I've been "avoided for a long time" this recipe from the book "Eggplant, Zucchini and Patissoni" (ed. Н. Е. Putyatinskaya). It turns out - in vain! The products are perfectly combined. The dish turned out very tender, juicy, dietary and tasty. But I had one digression from the recipe. The book suggests that the dish should be cooked in a crockpot. I made it in one big "pot" called a multicooker.
