I read a long time ago that beef (veal) and coffee is one of the good flavor combinations. And although I'm not very fond of coffee, but such a taste experiment excites my imagination. So I made up my mind, found a recipe, tweaked it a little bit for me and I present to you the result. My impression was best expressed by my husband when he said that in spite of the unusual taste, when you finish one piece, your hand reaches for the next one.
