Lenten mayonnaise

Cooked lean mayonnaise

We all use canned beans and peas from time to time. We usually drain the extra liquid from the can, i.e. the brine, and it can be used to make mayonnaise! Tastes just like homemade egg yolk mayonnaise. Thick consistency, stores in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Follow the instructions clearly and everything will turn out!!! The above amount of ingredients gave me 500 ml of the finished product. For me, this recipe is a bit of a cure-all!!! For the idea of this mayonnaise I would like to thank Ira Cherry.

Eggplant Sauté Caviar

Cooked Caviar Sautéed Eggplant

You probably noticed the name of the same recipe, but the dishes are different!!! I used to live in Tashkent, and that's how we always closed eggplant caviar for winter. Now I live in Moscow, and a friend who used to live in Kiev came to see me and after tasting my caviar, she started saying it was Sote!!! I took out my notebook, we looked at all the ingredients and everything was written correctly!!! We were happy that the recipe is known both in Tashkent and Kiev, it's made in the same way, though the names are different!!!

Any Day Cheese

Cooked cottage cheese any day

Time to cook: 10 minutes

While in Egypt I realized that I can't make my favorite cheesecake, or any other dish that requires curd. The local milk is either long-lasting or gets bitter when it goes sour. And then I heard an unusual recipe from a simple Russian grandmother... It's just like a fairy tale. Here's the story:
