Hearty salad with pearl millet

This salad is my version of a Swiss salad with pearl barley. I love this groat for its rich composition of vitamins and minerals. The pearl barley contains "gold" amino acid - lysine, which has a strong antiviral effect (so, the lovers of this groat can not be afraid of any colds). And lysine is also actively involved in the production of collagen, which makes our skin supple and smooth))). It is not for nothing that our ancestors gave it this name: in Russia, pearls were called pearls.
Ingredients for a hearty salad with pearl millet:
- Grits pearl (boiled in advance) - 1 glass
- Lettuce leaves / Salad (mixed lettuce leaves) - 200 g
- Ground meat (beef+pork) - 500 g
- Cucumber - 1 pc
- Green onion - 1 bunch.
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika - 2 tablespoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour / Flour - 1 glass
