  • Chicken liver (boiled) - 300 g
  • Onions (large head) - 1 pc
  • Green peas - 1 jar.
  • Vinegar (1/4 tsp.l. essence 1 tsp.l. wine vinegar)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • vegetable oil (1 tsp.l. for marinade, 1 tbsp.l. sauce) - 1.5 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 1-2 pcs

How to cook spicy chicken liver salad step by step with photos

Cut the onions in half rings, put them in a jar with a lid, add 1 / 4 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, salt, pepper. Close the jar and shake it well. After 30 seconds the onions will marinate. Add green peas
