The recipe of this seafood salad we brought from Manchuria - the most Russian city in China, and it's true, absolutely everybody knows Russian in Manchuria. During our trip we visited an interesting place, or rather a matryoshka square. On this square, there are about 200 Russian nesting dolls of different sizes, the largest is 30 meters, and the smallest is about the size of a man. We saw a cafe nearby, decided to have something light to eat, so we went and ordered a seafood salad, liked it and still do. I made it today, of course I used Kikkoman's naturally brewed light soy sauce, it gives the dish a special zest.
