My husband and I love to cook. Both. In our rare moments of relaxation, we often spend our time watching cooking channels. There is a clear division in the family. I am a "maniac" for baked goods and sweets, my husband for meats, sauces and spices. There are two departments in any store where you can find my husband if we get lost - the dry wine department and the spice department. Probably if I didn't force him out of there, he would periodically spend the night with some laurel leaf in his arms. When I find him surrounded by his beloved jars, he is completely cut off from the world. On the bridge of his nose a crease of choice anguish, in the basket the result. Some barberry or white mustard seed can give him more pleasure than buying me a new dress. Naturally, thanks to this fascination of his, I often eat some chicken in orange sauce, strawberry sauce with a wide range of spices, and other meat in caramel with a complex blend of all known basil.
- Let's lay out the recipe for your favorite sauce, known as "honey, cook me something delicious," my husband suggested.
I'm posting.
