  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Dill - 3 sprigs.
  • Sour cream - 0.5 tablespoon
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Cracker (unsweetened) - 2 units
  • Salt - to taste

How to cook appetizer "liver balls" step by step with photos

Boil the buckwheat until soft. Then take the amount you need and put it in a bowl.

Peel the egg and grate it on a fine grater. Stir.

Grate liver on a fine grater. Stir together.

Add crushed garlic, stir to combine. Season to taste.

Finely chop the dill. Grate 20 grams of cheese on a fine grater. Add and mix. Dice the rest of the cheese.

Add sour cream or if desired, mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
