Apples with stuffed liver

Found this recipe in my cookbook, it was written a long time ago but I decided to make it just now.
It's delicious and fast to make.
Ingredients for apples and stuffed liver:

(to taste)

(chicken liver)

How to cook apples with stuffed liver step by step with photos

Wash the apples, cut out the core. Cut off the tops of the apples, they serve as lids.
Chop the chicken liver with the onion with a blender.

Season with salt, mix well, and stuff the apples. Cover apples with cut tops. Spread them on a greased baking pan, add some water and bake. I baked them for 40 minutes, pouring over the juice occasionally.
