Baked tongue with raisins and nuts

This exquisite, hot tongue appetizer takes its place at New Year's Eve buffets!

How to cook tongue baked with raisins and nuts step by step with photos

Mince walnuts lightly. |

Slice boiled tongue into julienne strips. |

Pour boiling water over the raisins for 15 minutes, then rinse and dry.
Combine tongue with nuts and raisins and season with sweet soy sauce "Kikkoman" and pepper |
