Beer battered cabbage nooks

Cooked cabbage nuggets in beer batter

Nutritional Value

I've been craving stuffed cabbage rolls. But in this heat you have to be suicidal to make them. So this unpretentious recipe was born. Quick to make, minimal ingredients, juicy, unpretentious stuffing of liver and cottage cheese. Delicious both hot and cold.

Prepare the kale. Cut out the core and put it in the microwave for 10 minutes at full power (I found this way on the Internet years ago and have been doing it ever since).

"Steamed" Take leaves off a fork of cabbage, cut off "tendons")))

Pass boiled liver through meat grinder.

Add cottage cheese. I had grainy in cream. You can use any kind, just not dry.

Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Beat an egg and mix well.

Spoon stuffing onto cabbage rolls.

Roll up into a triangle.

Mix flour with egg and gradually pour in beer, until the batter is about the thickness of a store sour cream.

Dip triangles in batter and fry in heated oil on medium heat.

These triangles should be golden like this.

In this recipe, all the ingredients are approximate. Cabbage leaves are different in the cabbage, so you may need more or less stuffing. It's the same with the batter. Its consumption depends on the size of triangles. Personally, I only had enough for nine triangles. Three I just fried in oil.
