  • Pork liver (raw product) - 350 g
  • Yogurt (natural) - 150 g
  • Bran (flaxseed) - 1 teaspoon
  • Broth (from under liver) - 4 tablespoon
  • Salad leaves / Lettuce (to serve)

How to cook liver boiled in yogurt sauce step by step with photos


Rinse liver.

Boil it for 20 minutes.

Cool.

Slice liver into julienne strips.

Add 4 tablespoons of liver broth to the braising pot so that the bottom is covered.

Put liver into the pot.

Add yoghurt and bran.

Stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Stir once during the simmering, after 15 minutes. Then put the lid on and let it sit for a final 15 minutes.

At the end, the liquid evaporates.

Place the ready dish on a bed of lettuce.

Enjoy!
