How to cook appetizer from bread with spicy mousse step by step with photos

To make the appetizer you can take as budget pollack liver, or more expensive - cod liver. I have pollock liver as a paste.

We combine chopped cooked carrots, pollock (or cod) liver, cottage cheese and cream, salt to taste and beat with a blender to make a smooth cream-mousse.

Put the cream to stabilize in the refrigerator, if liquid, then 20 minutes in the freezer.

For the presentation of appetizer we take breads, I have waffle breads or crackers. Cut the loaves into convenient slices for serving. We decorate the snack just before serving, because otherwise the bread would get soggy.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips and put them on top of the bread rolls.

Take the mousse out of the fridge, put it in a cooking sachet with a convenient (closed or open star) nozzle and put it on top of the cucumber.

Decorate with greens, I have cilantro. Serve right away. Bon appetit!!!
