Bread and savory mousse appetizer

This appetizer can be made in minutes. Bread with a delicate savory mousse. Delicious, tasty and dare I say healthy.
Will decorate the festive and buffet table.
Ingredients for the snack of bread with spicy mousse:

How to cook appetizer from bread with spicy mousse step by step with photos

To make the appetizer you can take as budget pollack liver, or more expensive - cod liver. I have pollock liver as a paste. |

We combine chopped cooked carrots, pollock (or cod) liver, cottage cheese and cream, salt to taste and beat with a blender to make a smooth cream-mousse. |

Put the cream to stabilize in the refrigerator, if liquid, then 20 minutes in the freezer. |

For the presentation of appetizer we take breads, I have waffle breads or crackers. Cut the loaves into convenient slices for serving.
We decorate the snack just before serving, because otherwise the bread would get soggy. |

Cut the cucumber into thin strips and put them on top of the bread rolls. |
|
Take the mousse out of the fridge, put it in a cooking sachet with a convenient (closed or open star) nozzle and put it on top of the cucumber. |
|
Decorate with greens, I have cilantro.
Serve right away. Bon appetit!!! |
