How to cook Caucasian Beef Tongue step by step with photos

Chop the walnuts in a blender |

Sauté the mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter. |

Add sour cream and half the walnuts to the mushrooms. |

Cut boiled tongue into beautiful slices. |
|
Put 1 teaspoon of mushrooms on each piece of tongue |
