  • Beef tongue (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Champignons - 400 g
  • Onions - 1-2 pcs
  • Sour cream
  • Walnuts - 0.5 glass
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Parsley (Greens for decoration)
  • Pomegranate (grains, for decoration)

How to cook Caucasian Beef Tongue step by step with photos


Chop the walnuts in a blender

Sauté the mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter.

Add sour cream and half the walnuts to the mushrooms.

Cut boiled tongue into beautiful slices.

Put 1 teaspoon of mushrooms on each piece of tongue

Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Decorate with parsley herbs and pomegranate seeds. Bon appetit!
