Cheese and Liver Roll

A very tender liver and cheese combination. Great for the holiday table.

Ingredients for the cheese and liver roll:

Mayonnaise

Gelatin
(instant, cheese mass)

250g chicken liver - sauté with chopped onions (1 piece) in oil until onions are soft.

Process in a blender with 4 boiled egg whites. Salt, black pepper to taste.

Grate 100g of cheese, 4 boiled egg yolks, 3 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise.

2 tbsp. Tbsp. quick gelatin dissolved in 4 Tbsp. tablespoons water.
Soaked in ice water. |

Bring to a boil in the microwave, divide into 2 parts.
