Ingredients for the cheese and liver roll:

  • Hollandaise cheese (Hollandaise, cheese mass) - 100 g
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Spices (salt, black pepper to taste, liver mass)
  • Egg white (boiled, liver mass) - 4 pcs
  • Onions (liver mass) - 1 pc
  • Chicken liver (liver mass) - 250 g
  • Egg yolk (boiled, cheese mass) - 4 pcs
  • Mayonnaise (cheese mass ) - 3 tablespoon
  • Gelatin (instant, cheese mass) - 2 tablespoon

How to cook cheese roll step by step with photos

Author's words.[b]Liver mass [/b] 250g chicken liver - sauté with chopped onions (1 piece) in oil until onions are soft. Girls, don't be lazy to chop onions finely, this is done in order not to make them crispy in the pâté)))).

Process in a blender with 4 boiled egg whites. Salt, black pepper to taste.

[b]Cheese mixture[/b] Grate 100g of cheese, 4 boiled egg yolks, 3 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise.

2 tbsp. Tbsp. quick gelatin dissolved in 4 Tbsp. tablespoons water. Soaked in ice water.

Bring to a boil in the microwave, divide into 2 parts. I, after soaking in ice water, separately in a cup, poured boiling water over 4 tablespoon
