  • Cilantro - 1 bunch.
  • Parsley - 1/2 bunch.
  • Dill - 1/3 pooch.
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc
  • Spices (paprika, coriander, zira)
  • Red hot pepper - 1 teaspoon

How to cook chicken hearts steak step by step with photos


Boil chicken hearts in salted water until tender, cut into 4 pieces

Cut onion in half rings and fry in vegetable oil until transparent-golden

Mix and grind spices in a mortar. Adjust the amount of spices to your taste

Cut peppers in julienne strips

Add spices to onion and fry a couple of minutes together

Add onions to the hearts

Add vinegar

Soy sauce

Add peppers and carrots

Add chopped greens.
