Ingredients for chicken hearts in cheese batter:
- Chicken hearts (frozen) - 400 g
- Wheat flour / Flour - 150 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Chicken egg - 1 pc
- Soda - 1/3 teaspoon
- Seasoning (15 herbs & spices - (see below) 0.5 tsp.L for batter, 0.5 for boiling) - 1 teaspoon
- Hot red pepper (for batter and boiling hearts) - 0.5 teaspoon
- Greens (dried parsley and dill) - 0.5 teaspoon
- Sunflower oil - 1 glass
- Hard cheese (grated) - 80 g
- Salt (for boiling the hearts) - 0.5 teaspoon
